Greenhorn Valley Tech, the residential brand of Cassady Tech Solutions LLC, operates this station to provide self-help and respond to service requests.

Before you ask for help

We record a short-lived station visit and your category, device type, selected answers, steps viewed and reported outcome. A cookie connects these steps for up to 30 minutes. It does not contain your contact details. We count sessions, not unique people, and do not use advertising trackers or fingerprinting.

When you request assistance

We collect your name and one contact method. Your approximate area, brief notes and preferred day/time are optional. For pickup or drop-off requests, GHV confirms availability, any fees and the handoff location directly with you. No walk-in location or unattended drop-off is offered. GHV uses these details to respond and arrange an appropriate next step. Selecting a service is not an appointment or payment authorization.

Please do not submit passwords, sign-in codes, financial information, medical details or other sensitive information. No files or screenshots are requested.

Who can see it

Contact details are restricted to the authorized GHV station owner. Hosting and database providers process the information to operate the service. The application does not send request contents to an AI model, advertising service or marketing list.

Retention and security

The station provides a 90-day cleanup process for anonymous visit records and for contact details on requests closed more than 90 days ago. GHV runs this maintenance process; active requests are retained until closed. Non-identifying service totals and change records may remain. Accounting records are managed separately.

To limit abuse, the server briefly uses your network address to derive a daily protected identifier. The application does not store the raw address. Abuse counters expire and are removed during maintenance. Hosting providers may keep separate security and access logs under their own policies.

Your choices

You can read self-help without providing contact details. Start Over clears unsent details from the page; a submitted request remains in the GHV queue. Contact GHV to ask about access, corrections or removal of your request information.
